3P LEADERSHIP
Lee Melillo | Executive Artistic Director
Lee (they/she) is a director, writer, and producer from New Haven, (famously) based in Sunnyside, Queens.
Her work explores the idiosyncrasies and identities that define us and how we engage with the universe, and how the universe engages us back. Her projects discuss mental illness and neurodiversity, gender and sexuality, and classism and academic elitism. Lee leads with humor, empathy, and clear communication, and hopes to achieve two goals on every process: 1) create something she and her collaborators are proud of, and 2) have fun!
Alexandra Haddad | Creative Producer
Alex (she/her) is an NYC & DMV-based director. She grew up in Bethesda, MD and London, UK. She also intimacy choreographs, writes, and produces.
She is an artist of new work, comedy, & postcolonial interpretation of classics, centering the voices of those who are not wholly represented, including women, the queer community, & people of the Global Majority. She makes work that feels epic, mythic, & intimate. When not at rehearsal, Alex can be found wherever books are sold.
Ethan Peña Mock | Associate Artistic Director
Ethan (he/him) is a Tejano actor and director from Houston, currently based in New York City.
He is interested in work that uplifts the voices of the multicultural working class and is critical of the systems that surround our lives. He is deeply committed to collaboration and making great art accessible to all. When he’s not acting, Ethan can be found buying more books than he can read, studying urban design, jamming to the Grateful Dead, and (weather permitting) tossing around a baseball.
Christian Caro | Co-Founder
Christian (he/they) is a Brooklyn-based actor, singer, and songwriter originally from Honolulu, Hawai’i.
Brought up in a culture of Hawaiian mythology, he believes in the true value of being a storyteller. His love for performance was borne out of watching his father host parties and banquets, and grew when he later joined him as co-host at the age of five. Christian hopes to be a part of stories that allow people to feel, escape, and return to a state of childlike wonder. If he isn’t acting or writing music, you can always find him at a local NYC basketball court scoring on players 6’3” and below.
